Our Founder
Dream & Adventure is the vision of our founder Sian Eve, explorer, trekker, cyclist, pioneer paraglider and adventure specialist who has dedicated the last 27 years to creating meaningful outdoor experiences for thousands of people.
Originally from a background in dance, sports management, and fitness therapy, Sian’s journey took an unexpected turn when she set out to travel in her early 20s. That journey led her to the Himalayas, where she discovered her true calling – adventure.
From scuba-diving to kayaking and paragliding, her love for outdoor sports only grew stronger. But it was the mountains and the untouched beauty of remote cultures that truly captured her heart. She has trekked extensively across Asia, worked with adventure sports across different countries, and built a life around her greatest passion – exploration.

AJAY
Ajay is our head trekking guide, knowing the Himalayan terrain like the back of his hand. For generations, Ajay’s family has resided in these mountains, they are in his blood and he is able to share the myths and stories from these lands. Ajay is an expert in creating a rich cultural experience while you connect with nature and see views of a lifetime.
BOBY
Boby is a curator of experiences. From trekking expert to cycling enthusiast, he is our main man on the ground. Boby looks after every detail of your stay from ensuring your time in our house is comfortable and cosy to leading you in local walks and cultural experiences. You just need to ask and Boby can magic it up!
DREAM TEAM
We have a team of over 30 people we work with to curate our bespoke experiences. Adventure experts from around the world, from Nepal to Greece, UK, France and of course India. We are friends as well as work colleagues. And having such diversity is an amazing strength. No adventure experience is too challenging, we have an expert at hand for all your dreams and adventures.
